Mr. Heard is currently managing the operations and P&L for two Kentucky sites; maintaining and developing relationships with existing and new customers; continually developing strategies to improve quality, reduce cost and improve profits.

Previous roles have included Operations Manager Hughes Parker Industries where Mr. Heard managed three automotive production facilities, operations included metal stamping, fabricating, welding, powder and e-coating of components parts for the automotive and consumer products industries. Mr. Heard also led the efforts to become QS9000 certified, developed strategy and orchestrated the consolidation of two of the plants.

Mr. Heard also served as General Manager Murray Ohio Manufacturing Company managing the operations and P&L for four operations in the U.S. and Canada, generating $250 million in revenues; developing strategies plan to close two plants in Canada and move the companies to the U.S.

During the time Mr. Heard was with Murray, he was fortunate to work in the key staff roles as VP of Human Resources, VP of Corporate Administration and Strategic Planning. Mr. Heard was appointed to lead the effort for the first acquisition made by Murray and appointed as key executive responsible for coaching the newly integrated company through its first year.
