multi-layer designs. In addition to meeting your electrical and mechanical design specification, Ayrshire Electronics’ experienced engineering
staff will leverage years of knowledge into a systematic analysis of your product’s design with focus on manufacturability and testability
(DFM and DFT). Your design is evaluated for improvements that will enhance both product manufacturing and the testing process. Once enacted, the
improvements can result in a lower cost and higher quality product.
Ayrshire Electronics has been involved in many successful product redesigns for the purpose of cost reduction. Reductions in cost can arise anywhere
from using alternate component sourcing to making manufacturability design changes that would result in labor savings. As a matter of course as savings
become evident, Ayrshire Electronics will make recommendations to reduce cost without compromising performance or quality.
