Test Strategy

Ayrshire Electronics offers a wide range of test methodologies, experienced resources, and state-of-the-art equipment to ensure that we can meet a multitude of requirements and produce the highest quality products. Leveraging the experience of our test engineering staff, we develop creative strategies to minimize the cost of testing while maintaining the reliability of the finished product.

We apply leading edge tools such as boundary scan, on-chip diagnostics, X-ray, Automatic Optical Inspection (AOI) and In-circuit Testing (ICT). We offer the flexibility to provide custom functional testing equipment as needed or specified by our customers. Our functional testing and repair capabilities are supported with extensive software expertise in UNIX, PERL, VisualBasic, C, C++, Python, HTML, ASP, ACCESS and SQL.
